Bob was born in Ohio and raised in Winter Park, Florida.  Bob started playing guitar at age 12 and stayed with it for 10 years.  He eventually joined a band and because they couldn't find a bass player, Bob traded out his guitar for a bass and began to play bass for the band.
Bob has also played on the road for about 9 years with the Silver Moon Band, which was an experience he will never forget.  Bob has also worked with the Traxx Band for about 8 years, playing mostly in Central Florida clubs.  Along the way, Bob also did a lot of studio work and is proud of a cd he made from that experience.  Prior to joining the Misstaken Band, Bob has been working with various different bands doing fill in work.  Bob has enjoyed meeting so many different kinds of musicians and hearing all the different styles of music they play.

Bob enjoys playing his custom made headless bass, which Billy & Doug from the Guitar Factory helped him put together.  Bob says, "That's My Baby!"  He also owns and plays a Rickenbacker 4001 & and Guitar Factory 5 string.  As far as amps, he likes to use his 2 Peavey Mark VI biamp thru a Peavey 2 10" & 18" cab., also an SWR comb.

Music has been his life and Bob states that "No one can take that away from me."
